Highlights of the Board of Education Summer Fellowship Program:

* Students receive $1500 stipend during Summer “B”
* Students receive tuition waiver for required enrollment in four (4) GRADUATE credit hours (NOTE: in most cases an individual study or supervised research will be best to provide an opportunity to review literature and to begin focusing on a research topic.)
* Designed to prepare students for graduate education here at the University of Florida
* Assist in acclimating students with the University of Florida and Gainesville
* Great opportunity for participants to network with faculty, staff and students from a variety of disciplines.
* Helps supplement the student’s knowledge of the research process and assist in honing the research writing skills necessary for successful graduate study.
