Course Approval Form 1 - College of Engineering

Instructions
Read these instructions, then go to the form to print it.

  1. Check ISIS for financial or academic holds that may prevent you from registering.

  2. Print Two copies of the Course Approval Form, one for turning in and one for you to keep.

  3. Obtain and study printed copy of up-to-date Degree Audit.

Remember that your curriculum may be different than that of your friends, as yours is specific to the catalog year under which your program is defined. Your SASS form will automatically determine your progress toward your program.

  4. Review course schedules for term of interest at UF's Schedule of Courses.

  5. Develop complete semester schedule that best keeps you on track for graduation.
(If you are unsure, you should consult your Academic Advisor [Undergraduates, you can determine who your advisor is here] and skip to step #7 below).

Identify all potential conflicts for the term of interest.

Examine your schedule plan for future semesters.

Schedule an appointment with your Academic Advisor.

  6. Return approved Form 1 to the Academic Office in 216 Black Hall; your advisement hold will be removed and you will be registered by the Academic Office.
