Important To-Do List for Graduating Students

Initiate the following steps BEFORE the start of your final term.


   Masters/PhD Candidates
  1. Come to 216 Black Hall and see Barbi Barber for grad check PRIOR to registration for your final term; and to pick up Degree Requirements.

     
  2. Submit degree application to 222 Criser Hall.

     
  3. Review and meet all Grad School Deadlines.

     
  4. Schedule your final exam:
    • To reserve the following rooms:
      • 101 Phelps Lab
      • 213 Black Hall
      • 221 Black Hall
      • 386 NEB

    • You can view the current schedules for these rooms.
    • Submit Final Exam Form (see Graduate Student Forms)

     
  5. Print the Graduate Exit Interview Forms (on our Graduate Student Forms web page), or pick up exit interview forms in 216 Black Hall.

     
  6. Contact the Graduate Coordinator (Dr. Mazyck, dmazyck@ufl.edu) to schedule an interview.
