Important To-Do List for Graduating Students

Initiate the following steps BEFORE the start of your final term.


   B.S. Degree Candidates
  1. Come to 216 Black Hall for grad check PRIOR to registration for your final term.

     
  2. Submit degree application to 222 Criser Hall.

     
  3. Print the Undergraduate Exit Interview Forms (on our Student Forms web page); or pick up exit interview forms in 216 Black Hall.

     
  4. Contact Dr. Paul Chadik (pchad@eng.ufl.edu, 392-7970) to schedule exit interview.

     
  5. Prior to your appointment with Dr. Chadik, completely fill out the exit interview form. Bring the exit interview form to the Academic Office in 216 Black Hall. The form will be processed per Department policy.
