The University of Florida Department of Environmental
Engineering Sciences (EES) is the administrative authority of the Environmental
Systems Commercial Space Technology Center (the Center), and also the physical
location of the Center. The Center is a cooperative undertaking between
NASA, the
University of Florida
(with participants from various Departments in addition to EES), additional
Academic Partners,
and Industry
Partners. The actual technology development occurs in individual projects with specific
goals. These projects are developed and carried out under the general direction
of leaders in the three
Technical Focus
Areas, and may be applicable to more than one of the areas.
